License Agreement
This License Agreement explains the terms for using digital products purchased from Mockup Studio, including mockups, Canva templates, downloadable files, graphics, and creative assets.
License Grant
When you purchase a product from Mockup Studio, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to this agreement.
Personal and Commercial Use
You may use purchased products to create finished designs for personal projects, business branding, websites, product listings, social media, marketing materials, and client work.
Client Work
You may create final designs for clients using our products. However, you may not share, transfer, resell, or give clients access to the original editable files, source files, or Canva template links.
Original Files
The original files, editable templates, Canva links, mockup elements, graphics, and source assets remain the property of Mockup Studio or the original rights holder.
Prohibited Actions
You may not resell, redistribute, upload, share, copy, give away, sublicense, or claim the original products, editable files, mockup elements, or Canva template links as your own.
No Competing Products
You may not use our products to create or sell competing template packs, mockup bundles, editable Canva templates, design asset packs, or digital resource collections.
Modification
You may edit and customize the products for your finished designs. However, modifying a product does not give you ownership of the original asset or permission to resell the source files.
License Transfer
This license applies only to the original purchaser. You may not transfer, assign, sell, or share this license with another person, business, or organization.
Termination
If you violate this License Agreement, your license may be terminated immediately and you must stop using the product. Mockup Studio may take further action where appropriate.
